Jeff was born and raised in Cincinnati, and has been tattooing since 2006.  He has worked at a plethora of shops, his favorite being Holy City Tattooing Collective in Charleston, SC.  He has aways wanted open his own tattoo shop, and his dream became a reality when he opened Magic Rooster Tattoo in February 2015.  He can appreciate all types of tattooing, but most enjoys tattooing tattoos that look like tattoos. He is a custom artist and strives to create his own tattoos from scratch.  Sometimes, this includes drawing the image right on the skin versus making a stencil.  He holds his work and shop to the highest standards, and strives to do fun and meaningful tattoos while also satisfying the client.
